All our postage is handled by Royal Mail

Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day by 1pm) 

Republic of Ireland and Mainland Europe (3-4 days)

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Frequen-ZZZ's  customer service team is here to help answer any questions that you may have. Please follow the steps below for all returns.
 

If you simply changed your mind:

You may return your order within 30 days of purchase and we will offer a full refund, on condition that the following requirements are met:

• The product must be in perfect condition with no defect or damages
• The product must be returned in its original packaging

Products held longer than 30 days will not be eligible for return.
